About Me
My name is Rabia, and I am an Ofsted registered childminder located in the Heald Green/Cheadle area of Stockport. I am married and live with my husband, and our 2 children -a daughter and a son.
Our home is very close to the local park and not far from the motorway. I have got more than 14 years experience of working with children and I offer a safe childcare environment. We have got a reasonably good-sized home and a large secure garden with a wooden climbing frame, tower swing, and slide. There is a further number of outdoor physical opportunities for your child to play and learn.
I hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare. I have also developed my skills in childcare areas by completing a number of childcare pieces of training during my more than 14 years of working experience with different nurseries. I have got training in Food Hygiene, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and newborn experience to mention a few. All members of my household over 16 Years of age including myself have undergone DBS checks at an enhanced level to ensure my suitability to work with children while my family members are living in the same premises.
My Experience
I have got more than 14 years of experience in nursery settings. I have accumulated knowledge and a sound understanding of how children learn and develop through play. I am very passionate about working with children and spend most part of my life either raising my own children or working with children in a nursery setting. I, therefore, take pride in providing high-quality childcare in a home-based environment where children feel, welcome, safe, and secure.
Under my learning childcare learning program, the child’s learning and development are promoted through play and the children are offered a variety of effective learning development activities in the light of the EYFS learning model using both indoor and outdoor activities. I hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare and have also received training in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Food Hygiene, and many more. Some certificates detail is listed below:

My Availability
My services are available between Monday to Friday 8.00 am until 5 .00pm. I am flexible to discuss any availability and childcare requirements during weekends and outside of those hours.
I am registered to receive Tax-Free Childcare and provide 2, 3, and 4-year-old Funded Childcare.

We have been with Rabia for over a year and we have had a very positive experience. She provides a loving, caring environment for the children and my child is always looking forward to see her. Her location is ideal for small children as it is a quiet residential area with a lovely park close by. She always ensures the kids have had a trip out of the house whether that’s a local toddler club, park or even a short walk in muddy puddles! Rabia is very quick with response when making queries and tries her best to be flexible and accommodating to the parents needs.

Rabia is absolutely fantastic. She is very supportive, flexible and understanding. She knows our children so well and they settled very quickly. She cares so much about their welfare. She provides a calming and therapeutic environment for the children. The children gravitate to her because of her caring and mothering demeanor. Our children are guided and supported in their development by Rabia in a fun and happy manner. They love being with her. Rabia's communication with parents is brilliant, she responds quickly. She calms and supports parents too. We moved to Rabia a few months ago and we've never looked back. We are to thrilled to have found her, she is a great asset and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home from home with learning and care at the heart. Thank you so much Rabia for all that you do!

Rabia is your quintessential Mary Poppins who has swooped in at a difficult time with childcare and supported our family.
My kids love her and she’s encouraged independent eating and changing for my older one (which i thought we be impossible) - making mornings more manageable.
She’s punctual, conscientious and confident with children.
She’s unfazed during tantrums and deals lovingly with my younger one.
I can’t recommend her enough. They’ve been on great days out and my kids love her!
