About Me
I offer a home from home environment supporting children to be their individual selves. I focus on ensuring children are the most confident versions of themselves. Children are encouraged to be resilient and independent, challenging themselves to push their learning in order to thrive holistically. Children have constant access to resources such as loose parts, books, building, mark making, role play and much more. We spend time outside in the garden on walks with and without our dog and outings exploring nature and the natural world. We also meet up with other childminders and go on outings in the local community.
My Experience
I have worked with Children for over 10 years in schools and nursery’s with a variety of ages from babies to year 1/2. I also have my own children who are 3 and 1.5.
My Qualifications
I have a Ba (Hons) degree in child development and education as well as a foundation degree in Early years care and education. I have also completed my childminder qualifications. I have paediatric first aid, safeguarding, prevent training. I also have a level 3 forest school leader qualification as wells as understanding autism qualifications.
