About Me
I am mother to a 21-year-old son, living in Stratford-upon-Avon. I am looking for part-time work as a home help in the area and am flexible with days/hours. I'm happy to cook (I have a lot of experience in this area), look after children of all ages, dog walk, shop, drive and do housework or anything else! I prefer to work daytimes only but can help out with evening and weekend babysitting.
My Experience
My career background is in arts administration, catering and marketing. I was also a secondary school teacher of Modern Languages in the 1990s. More recently I've been working for a home help agency as a cook, companion, driver, and general household help for an elderly gentleman. The agency has sadly gone out of business and I am now looking to offer my services elsewhere. Although my son is now an adult I do love younger children and can babysit, help them with homework/piano practice or any other activites (except sport, which isn't my forte :) )
My Qualifications
BA Hons French & German, University of London.
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) University of Warwick (Secondary).
