My Requirements

We are looking for a nurturing, child-centered nanny who will support the well-being and development of our 19-month-old daughter.

Location: Stoke Newington (Possibly moving to Leytonstone, more details at interview)
Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays and Tuesdays
NB: This could potentially extend to three days per week in the future. The exact days are flexible, and a half-day could be available.
Pay: TBC/Negotiable

About Rosie: Rosie is a sociable, good-natured 19-month-old girl. She loves dancing, playing, reading her books, cuddling her bunny, going to the park, and meeting new people and animals.

About Us: Lucy works in Shoreditch as an access manager for a theatre and television agency that works with neurodivergent actors. Tom works in Hackney as a social worker. We’ve been together for eight years, and Rosie is our first child.


What You'll Do:
Support Rosie with at-home activities, e.g., arts and crafts, games, reading, and boogieing.
Take Rosie to some activities in the community, e.g., local toddler groups, local parks, museums.
Prepare nutritious snacks and meals for Rosie.
Handle household tasks related to Rosie, e.g., tidying away toys, putting her things in the dishwasher.
Research new ideas for toys, games, activities, and snacks.

What we are looking for:
Previous nanny, babysitting, or childcare experience.
Strong child-centered focus.
Strong relational skills.
Good awareness of child development.
