About Me
I am a Deaf mother of two hearing young children, aged 2 and 5. I am currently searching for someone to offer wraparound childcare for our 2.5-year-old son, including taking him to and picking him up from a Montessori preschool starting in September 2023. We strongly value alternative education for our children, specifically Montessori and Steiner-Waldorf philosophies. At home, our children do not watch TV or use any screen-based devices. Instead, they engage in play with open-ended wooden and natural materials, and they spend ample time exploring nature.
