I have used Reema as our childminder for a year now and my little boys loves her so much.
Honestly she is so amazing, my boys were always excited to go over there and always tells me about what they being doing on the day.
My little boys are super fussy eaters at home but will try food at the setting, if there is something they won't try to eat, always she makes sure to cater for their needs.
She honestly treats all the children just like her own, that's why we feel so comfortable with her and she is just a lovely all round person.

She is the best child minder that I have ever had take care of my children. She is such a warm kind hearted lady. Very caring loving. My two children love staying with her and going to her home, she has lots of fun activities and helps my children with numbers, colours, shapes. My 3 year old daughter has grown with such confidence since she has been taking care of her.
Very happy do glad I found her. Highly recommend.

My son attends day nursery at reema’s he is 2 and a very clingy boy! however he took to reema straight away! I was shocked! he never cry’s going in to nursery, from day one he always happy to jump out my car a run up the driveway to knock the front door. He walks straight in with confidence ready to play. We do long days with reema and full time, when ever I collect my son in the early evenings he is very rearly hungry for his dinner. This shows me he eats well throughout the day and gets fed dinners. I’m also given a run down of his day and if there were any matters I should know of. I sometimes get sent pictures of his activities, I’m very pleased overall with my son’s progress within reema’s care, and I trust that she really is taking my child’s needs seriously. Reema’s home is always clean and being cleaned and has a 5* rated Food Hygiene,

I can not express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my son has received at Gigglesngrins. From the moment we first visited, it was clear that this nursery prioritises not only the educational development of each child but also their emotional and social growth. Reema is incredibly dedicated, warm, and nurturing, making every child feel valued and loved.
My son has flourished in the rich, stimulating environment, and I have seen remarkable improvements in his communication skills, creativity, and confidence.

My daughter started with Reema at 2 and half years old. We visited the setting, we immediately noticed how clean it was and liked that there was a specific area for the children.
My daughter had/has a strong attachment to me so I expected her to cry and not want me to leave. It took a few months for her to get used to me leaving her but this was in no way a reflection on Reema. Once I left, Reema said she would calm down within a minute. Every time I picked her up she had a smile and you could tell she enjoyed herself.
It has definitely got her ready for nursery.
We had a different childminder for our son 4 years ago and the only things I would note that are different is the frequency of photos. I'd love to see more of what my daughter gets up to, especially as I know she loves being there. The other thing is updates/tracking of her progress. I know everyone is different but when my son left his childminder he had a large binder full of pictures, paintings, photographs, tracking his reading etc. She also kept a food diary and kept it in his bag that came home with us so we knew exactly what he ate and how much each week.
Overall, Reema's setting has been great!!

I came across Reema on childcare UK. Was very well suited as working long hours at basildon hospital, she could cater to mine and my daughters needs. I was very nervous as was such long days for my 1 year old but she was very quick to settle. She always has a big smile on her face when I drop her off so that puts me at ease, I know she enjoys going there. She is also coming along so we'll with her speech as mixing with the other children I'm sure this has encouraged her to do so. Reema is very friendly and always professional in her approach. You can see the children love being in her care:)

I felt so comfortable leaving my daughter with Reema. Reema is so welcoming and makes sure that the environment for the kids is as comfortable as possible. It is very clear that she has their best interests at heart. I was so lucky to have her, and her flexibility with my shift patterns was extremely helpful. Thank you, Reema!

My daughter likes going to Rema house. She is always happy and smiling. As a student nurse, going to placement and university, it was a struggle to find a childminder who can accommodate my busy schedule. Rema is so good with children and very understanding. I am comfortable with my daughter in her care.

My 15month old started going to Reema for about a month now, she loves it there and it's evidence Reema loves the children too... She keeps me updated, flexible as I work shift pattern even her home has an homely feel towards it. My LO is beginning to talk clearly, she enjoys the activities and she always gives Reema a hug once we get there. Qualified, flexible, maintain high hygiene... Reema also works with my daughter's diet as she doesn't eat much at once.......
My anxiety was put to rest, thanks Reema x.... A true gem

I used Reema at Gigglesngrins for two months to provide day care for my toddler. The nursery has a real family feel environment and it did not take long for my child to settle in.
Reema was really good with my son during his time there and the children played well together. Whenever I picked up my son he always had a smile on his face because he was allowed to play, have fun and bond with the other children.
When I took my son to Gigglesngrins he had a speech delay and did not respond well to his name. He is now able to interact more with toys and engage in activities, which I attribute to the care and approach used by Reema.

I have been using this service for a few months now and I am absolutely satisfied with the services rendered here.
Location: one of the reasons I chose this place is because it is close to Basildon University Hospital where I work. I easily use bus 100 for dropping off and picking up my daughter.
Hygiene: I will give the highest rating for hygiene because the environment is always clean at all times.
Quality of service: I am really happy with the way Reema takes care of my daughter. My daughter always asks to be taken to the nursery even on days when I'm at home to take care of her. She carries out a variety of activities which is age appropriate and she really enjoys them.
I would totally recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.
Reema is highly qualified and very professional, she has many years of experience and is registered with the council. She maintains and delivers very high quality service.

Reema has been taking care of my son since he was 3months old until now , I had driving lessons and I was worried as a first time mum , I have never used anyone and I was scared leaving him with anyone . Reema treats my son like hers , he’s always happy when I pick him up from her , she’s reliable , flexible , caring , and so neat . I can’t recommend her highly enough .

My little boy, nearly 2 has been going to Reema for a while. She is super reliable and flexible. She entertains my son and meets all his needs, since he is very active he never sits still. She has a very good understanding of young children. The best thing with her is that she sends photos everyday to show what my boy is up to which I really enjoy to see.
I can highly recommend her :)

My daughter is going to Gigglesngrins home nursery from the beginning of this month. This is the first time I have sent my daughter to someone. I was really worried about how she is gonna react but Reema is very supportive and understandable. My daughter likes to go there from the first day of her nursery. She also keeps updating me about every activities of my daughter. I have a really crazy work schedule however, she is very flexible about the timing. sometimes I send her early, sometimes collect late but she supports me all the way. She is an awesome childminder and I trust her fully. Moreover, although she doesn't work on weekends on my request she accepts my daughter on the weekend and that's a relief for me. I am fully satisfied with her care and highly recommend her for childcare.

Reema contacted me and it was a God send! I had been struggling To find someone who would take my son for 1 day. We had our first interaction and I could see how relaxed my son was around her and her family. We met a little boy there who I assumed was her son because of how she cared for him but turns out he was also there for minding. My son is always happy to go to her. Overall very happy with the service and would highly recommend her.

My Son has been going to Gigglesngrins home nursery for a few weeks now and I am so happy with my experience with Reema. I was very worried about returning to work and leaving my 6 month old Son with a childminder for 3 days a week, however by the Friday I knew I had made the best decision. My family and friends have all mentioned how much Teddy has progressed since being with Reema. She spends her days devoted to teaching the children. As we know being a parent we have chores and housework so we are not able to give 100% to our children all the time but being at Gigglesngrins Teddy has since been able to roll over, sit up for longer periods, eat solid food and has been a lot happier within himself from having alot more attention, she is a natural. I receive photos and videos each day of the activities Teddy has been doing and he always looks like he is enjoying himself, I do not worry at all during the day. Reema has lots of toys and activities for the children Teddy especially likes the bouncy chair and play mat. Teddy will fall asleep in the car in the morning and then wake up and smile when he hears Reema’s voice, he really does like her. I would 100% recommend Gigglesngrins to any parent looking for a childminder to teach and love their child like one of their own!!

I was scared about putting my child with someone she has never met before, but when I met reema she assured me and updated me about my child activities from 7am to 8pm😍😍 she’s such a lovely lady. My daughter can’t stop talking about her and her lovely daughter….. she really enjoyed her stayed and keep asking me to take her back there… thanks for the making your home away from home for my daughter. Reema is very reliable and friendly lady. She is taking care for my baby boy since he was born. He loves being with her and she always goes the extra mile. Shes been a life saver for me too as I have many concerns as a first time mom and she makes sure my needs are met. She keeps me in loop about my baby's day by sharing pics and videos. Her nursery is very tidy and have variety of activities for kids of all groups. She also provides my baby with veggies and fruit purrees, grains and healthy food. I'm glad my boy is in good hands. I'm lucky to find her. Can't ask for more!! Highly RECOMMENDED!!
