About Me
My name is Ayesha. I am 27 years old. I’m also a mummy to a precious little toddler! I have 5+ years experience of working at a nursery with children aged between 3 months - 5 years and am currently working part time at a primary school :) I am very jolly and enthusiastic and love to work with children! Seeing them achieve their milestones is a wonderful thing to witness and I love to help them achieve it. I have done observations on children using the EYFS so I’m very familiar with the curriculum and know my way around it. I love cooking, baking, doing arts and crafts and playing sports! I hold certificates in basic first aid, child protection, safeguarding and food awareness. I am looking to do babysitting around the tower hamlets area. Please contact me if interested!
My Experience
My experience with looking after children involved:
• Feeding/assisting at meal times
• Changing nappies and dirty clothes
• Settling down for naps
• Providing activities to encourage learning and development
• Providing comfort when children were upset
• Giving handover to parents about children’s day e.g. eating, nap times, behaviour throughout the day and what they’ve learned
My Qualifications
• I attended university and achieved a Psychology degree.
• I also studied a childcare course while I was working at the nursery, however I withdrew from the course due to falling pregnant. I plan to take the course again in the future.
