About Me
I have worked in the childcare industry for 10 years and find all aspects of caring for children extremely rewarding. I am an Ofsted registered Child Minder, offering to care for babies and children in their own homes. I have worked as a Nanny and have regular families that I babysit for, on an ad hoc basis. I also have experience caring for children with special educational needs.
I have completed a number of recognised courses such as a Level 3 Diploma in PlayWork and a Level 3 Diploma in Children's care, Learning and Development.
These courses have given me in depth knowledge and experience, and I participate in regular training to keep me updated and contribute to my Continued Professional Development.
My experience covers all aspects of nursery/ baby care, weaning, breastfeeding/ formula feeding, safe sleeping, meal planning and creating educational milestones to encourage development in their key areas.
I have an up to date DBS and up to date with my Paediatric First Aid.
My Experience
I have worked as a nanny in a sole charge role dealing with baby and toddler care and have undertaken all aspects of baby/ toddler care. I have experience working as a Nursery Practioner working across all age ranges from 5 months to 5 years. I have also worked in a school so have experience of children up to age 11 years.
I have completed a number of online courses that have included Child Protection, Safeguarding Children, Equality and Diversity, Bloosoming Babies, The Vulnerability of Babies, Special Diets and Online Safety. These courses have all contributed to my knowledge and keep me updated with changes that occur.

I have completed a number of online courses on Noodle Now and through Childcare.co.uk, as part of my continued training and development. These courses have all contributed to my knowledge and keep me updated on changes to the industry.
