I have been working as Nursery Practitioner in nursery environment for 6 years where I learnt how important it's giving every child all opportunities to learn new things,setting up different activities such as drawing and colouring ,playdough, waterplay, role play and garden time .I can identify child's needs and encouraging and supportive them to archive their goals or next steps in different areas of their development.
