My Summary

My Experience

I have worked in a nursery setting for the past 4 years while completing my level 3 apprenticeship in childcare and then went on to work full time there and in another setting. This is where I have gained most of my experience. I would plan activities for the children to complete, have lots of fun with and these would encourage development in all areas. I would read stories to the children to listen to and expand that amazing imagination they have. I would sing lots of nursery rhymes sometimes out of tune, but the children thoroughly enjoyed them. I needed to take care of toileting, (nappies and potty training) and have gathered a lot of skills from this. I would do paperwork and create lovely files to send home with children when they moved up to school. I needed good time keeping and organisation skills for this job and I will continue to use them through my life now. I completed my level 2 childcare qualification in college and volunteered in a different setting as part of this due to the course. when I was 15, I had set up my own babysitting business where I babysat for 4 different families. I have worked with newborns up to 10 years so far including in after school clubs. I currently work in baby room in a nursery and if babysitting would prefer to stay in that age rage but am happy to go up to 10 years if required. Feel free to message and ask further questions.

My Availability

For baby sitting I’m free after 6pm Monday to Friday. Then Saturday and Sunday all day.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
