About Me
Emma and Robert (both 32) are parents to two boys (2 and 4), living in Farnham and both working in London-based careers. Robert works 5 days per week, Emma 4, both partially from home and the typical expectation would be for one of us to be at home on the days we have a nanny. The boys attend a local nursery on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and the eldest will start school in September (both within walking distance).
My Requirements
We are looking for a part-time nanny for three evenings per week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (but we can discuss this based on your preferred working pattern) as well as babysitting on an ad hoc / school holiday basis.
Our aim is to employ a nanny for the early evening to cover school/nursery pickup, feed the boys and then hand over to parent(s) for bathtime and bed (exact timings to be agreed). This would provide childcare cover for the early evening period in which we both continue to work. However, we have not employed a nanny previously so we would welcome any views or suggestions on this outline if you are interested in it.
