About Me
We are Iman and Johnny and we have a daughter, Mia. We are on parental leave and returning to work in June/July. We’d like to start working with a nanny in May before we go back to work so that we can get to know each other and for Mia to become comfortable with you. We are an interracial family (Malaysia, Hong Kong & UK) and welcome people with an open mind into our home. We are adopting respectful parenting principles and hope to find a nanny who is on the same page.
My Requirements
Our baby Mia is nearly 10 months old. She's a sensitive child who takes a while to warm up to people, so we are looking for childcare providers who have a way with such children. We need support mainly on Mon, Tues, Thurs 8am-6pm (though some days may be shorter depending on our work flexibility). We may need support on other days/time ad-hoc. We are looking for a nanny who will go beyond basic responsibilities (nappies, prepping meals, feeding, bottles, naps) and will play and stimulate her through creative activities both indoors and outdoors.
