About Me
Hi my name is Louise and I am 49 years
old . I am married with four grown up children .
We live in small village right near the park. We have large enclosed back garden with lots of outdoor equipment, and space to safely explore , we also have a outside building which is set up for the children and gives us lots more space .
I have been working in childcare for the past 26 Plus years and have a level 3 in children and young people's diploma. My daughter also works with me some of the week so the children can have a more 1-1 experience if needed .
I also have work at the Norfolk and Norwich university hospital on the children's ward and children's assessment unit , and children’s accident and emergency.
I am a qualified health care assistant .
I also have a certificate in breast feeding and helping new mums to establish a good feeding routine .
We love our animals we have three parrots a dog and three cats , the children love to learn about caring for animals and enjoy helping feed them too , we also have a tortoise which like to stomp around the garden with the children .
We spend a lot of time outside exploring when we can as we have a large outdoor safe area to explore

My Availability
I am available Monday-Friday. 730-6pm
I am very flexible and could do shifts as well as over night care.
I offer cover all through the summer holidays for as little as two hours - full days.

I am available for the new 30 hours funding for 3-4 year olds and 2 year old funding .

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
I charge £5.00 an hour or can work out weekly fee if needed and can reduce for two or more children. I am very flexible.
I provide home cooked meals at a cost of £2 a meal or if full time I can do weekly reduced fee
I do not charge a retainer or charge a deposit.
All I ask is payment is made either on the Sunday for the week ahead or on the 1st if paying monthly .
I accept all funding with no hidden costs , price includes all snacks and activates.
I accept all childcare vouchers and government tax free childcare scheme .
I can also offer drop off and pick ups if needed , please ask for further information .

My daughter mollie is now nearly 9 months old and being my first, I've never used any kind of child care services before and wasn't sure on what was availiable. I was so nervous to leave mollie in someone else's care and didn't call for a while but as I needed to go back to work I needed to sort something out. I called Louise and straight away she put my mind at ease. I visited Louise with mollie and felt so welcome and the set up is just like a lovely home environment and felt so normal and Natural! Especially the huge garden and all the toys! And to add to all this, mollie just smiled and smiled!! I am probably the most un organised person and regularly text Louise late at night for next day care and she has never let me down and always takes mollie any day any time, I feel so happy leaving her and I know she is well cared for and looked after, and best of all mollie has so much fun I get a lovely calm and peaceful evening as mollie is extra tired! For anyone nervous about leaving thier child and heading back to work Louise is the lady for you, she's amazing and I know I can go to work leaving mollie with a lovely family and knowing she's safe and having fun! I have used Louise for a number of years for Childcare over the school holidays. Louise and her family have always made my daughter feel very welcome, making my daughters stay always enjoyable!
Louise is very flexible, and has always been able to help me out at short notice. Sadly, I'll soon be in a position to find another Childminder due to a move, and I know the next Childminder will have to be pretty special to fill this ladies shoes! I can't recommend Louise high enough!
Lovely family,very reasonable prices, a lovely home and I hear the food is very good too!

Six years ago I cancelled my daughter's reserved place at a nursery to place her with Louise as I felt that she offered a home from home environment. This is very important to me as I have no family nearby and also commute long distance to work. Two years ago when I returned to work after a three month maternity leave I had no hesitation in leaving my 10 week old son in her care. My son was diagnosed with reflux as a baby so was often sick, even when healthy, but received the best care possible. Both children feel like members of her extended family and interact well with Louise's own children and pets. They also love playing on all of the play equipment in the garden and the house is very well stocked with children's toys.
Louse provides excellent care including day trips, trips to the park, school outings and has also reminded me of events on many occasions and also taken my children to events when I have been unable to attend.
Recently due to my own ill health and company merger we have had to reduce our childcare hours which was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make but my children will continue to attend. I would have given a rating of excellent rather than good if I was able too.
