About Me
I am a 23 year looking to work part time as I am currently studying for my CIMA exams. I have a strong interest in working with children. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in Reception for a year and a half at the Vineyard school. I am kind, caring, creative and efficient. I have lived in the Richmond area all my life and have recently finished my degree at the University of Nottingham. Throughout my education I have volunteered to help in primary schools or tutor younger years. I can play multiple different musical instruments and was very involved with sport during my school years. I am comfortable and love looking after pets as well as I have my own dog. I am also first aid trained.
My Experience
The past year and a half I have worked at the Vineyard Primary school in Richmond. I have taught children phonics, reading, maths and art to name a few. I have also modelled learning through play, helping those with social play and created activities for the children to do.
I have often (weekly at some points) looked after my cousins children. They are currently 5 and 2. I have played with them at home, fed and bathed them, taken them to outdoor and indoor child parks and driven them to swimming lessons. I have also volunteered in numerous primary schools, and babysat/child cared in school holidays for children in my road.
My Qualifications
I have a University Degree in Philosophy.
I did French and Pyshoclogy A level and a Cambridge Pre-U in Philosophy.
I have IGCSES in Maths, English Literature, English Language, Double Science, French, Spanish, History and Philosophy.
I also have numerous music grades.
