About Me
Hello,
my name is Marina I am Italian but I have been living in the Uk for many years. I am an architect and yoga teacher but I am very fond of everything regarding care of what is around and within us - the body in the space - in order to keep us healthy, nourished and present.
I recently formed as a Doula and I am getting more and more interested in taking care of women, especially when embodying their MotherBaby relationship throughout life and from that very first special Golden Hour. I believe that protecting the preciousness of the beginning could make a big difference in the quality of the whole life of our new beautiful offspring so I am doing my best to help the family to protect that moment.
I am also very very passionate about food and I trained as a macrobiotic chef as well.
My Experience
My experience is mostly as a doula trained with Dona International and its the very best amazing teachers Debra Pascali Bonaro, Ibu Robin Ibu Mala. I received child care formation as well.
Regarding yoga I am trained in Yoga Ratna, Hormonal Yoga and specialising in Maternity Yoga.
I am also a Geomant Tao I consultant and I happily operate space clearing when requested.
