About Me
My name is Sophie Scott, and I am a Care Inspectorate Registered Childminder. I am 26 years old; I live with my Husband, Andrew Scott, our 8-year-old son Calvin and our 3-year-old daughter Olivia. I live in the Maidencraig/Sheddocksley area of Aberdeen in a semi-detached house, with an enclosed back garden. I cover Fernielea Primary School for drop off and pick up. I hold a PVG, my husband has his own PVG as he is a coach for our son's football team, and he also has an enhanced disclosure specifically for my childminding business.
My Experience
Having been a parent for over 8 years I have a good understanding of children, I also help at my daughter's playgroup quite often and it is extremely rewarding and that is exactly the reason why I have chosen to take this career path because I enjoy working with children and helping them learn and grow whilst having lots of fun.
My Qualifications
I am a Care Inspectorate Registered Childminder. I have passed my SCMA induction training & I’ll be doing much more in the coming months to further my childminding business.
