About Me
I am a teacher in the first few years of my career. I am looking to support and help parents with their children alongside of my job, particularly on the weekends and school holidays. I would love to help tutor and support a primary school aged child with their education being able to make it fun and engaging for them to be pushed and supported to their next steps in education. make sure I have a calm and caring persona to support children to make them feel comfortable to want to be able to learn. I love to make it as fun as possible for children but while making sure I can care for the children and make them safe. I love playing with children, giving them a fun time while in my care and making sure they feel comfortable. I truly love exploring all aspects of play, experimenting with children’s interests and having the enthusiastic personality is perfect to fit in with tutoring.
My Experience
I have been teaching for over a year in a primary school. I have also had 5 months of full time experience tutoring in a primary school. This allowed me to support children closely and allowed these children to get expected to where they should be in their year group!
Recently started private tutor sessions with primary school children, still got lots of availability!
My Qualifications
BA Honour in Early Childhood Education and Care
PGCE Primary Education 3-7 with recommendations of Qualified Teacher Status
My Availability
Currently I can work evenings and weekends. However, after 3 weeks when it’s the 6 weeks holiday I can work at anytime, baby sitting or tutoring.
