My Requirements

I am looking for a childminder/nursery in January 2023 when I go back to work. We live near Tameside College and would like someone who is within a 30 minute walk of OL6.
My little girl will be 11months (birthday 13/02/2023). I am a teacher, so looking for 7:30-17:00. I would like to ask for full time, although I haven’t spoken about work or to work yet (that’s reality). So, the possibility of exploring part time is also an option.
We would be looking for someone who I can change my days within at least a month and will be charged for the days we attend (if we’re booked in and don’t attend, we are happy to of course pay).
Sometimes grandparents can be available but not all the time, so this could change.
My questions:
I would like term time - do you charge a fee to keep the place for this?
If I am term time, do you offer days for my child in holidays?
I would like to know how flexible you are with days and times. Are you like nursery that I have to pay for full time even if some weeks we may only attend 4 days?
Are meals and nappies included in your fees?

I am intrigued of how it works. I’m looking to explore child minders and not just nurseries.
