I am a friendly, nurturing and reliable tutor based in Glasgow Southside, available both for younger or older children.
My Experience
I am a Primary Teacher with over 10 years experience of teaching and working alongside children, including those with a range of additional needs. I have tutored alongside teaching for a number of years, and particularly enjoy assisting children with their learning on a 1:1 basis, tailoring the teaching to meet their specific learning goals. I am confident at supporting children from P1-P7 in all areas of the curriculum. Additionally, I have tutored English to Secondary pupils up to National 5 level.
My Qualifications
I have undertaken several play-based and nurture training courses, as well as bookbug delivery training, Emerging Literacy training, Autism training and First Aid training. I have considerable experience working with children with additional support needs.
My Availability
I am available on a weekly basis, evenings or weekends. Occasional or additional childminding sessions would also be available if required.
