Hi all!
I've used this site as a mum before and am excited to be back offering my services this time.
I am a full time working mum hoping to pick up a few ad-hoc nights or days babysitting to make ends meet (cost of living crisis, am I right?) - I'm happy to pick up short evening babysitting gigs in central London after work, or have some weekend availability if you don't mind me bringing my pretty well-behaved and friendly 4yo son along!
I'd like to describe myself as a fun-loving but firm mum, and am now a dab hand and rooting out the best playgrounds and museums to visit across the city. I loved playing with kids and babysitting pre-parenthood, and now obviously have the chunk of experience that has come with raising my child. I've had wide exposure to SEN and physicial disabilities through previous work and my personal life, and my aim would be to understand how best to support your little one/s whilst giving them a fun experience and aliviating any worries you have.
I cook a lot at home although we eat mostly veggie, I am happy to prepare any food alongside your specifications.
I've completed pediatric first aid training and emergency first aid training for work.
My Experience
My biggest childcare flex is raising my son, so 4 years of happy parenting so far!
That being said, I have also done a lot of babysitting (paid and unpaid) over the years, minding children from 3 months up to 12 years. I have worked with children with SEN and other needs, ensuring I follow guidance and research how best to support them, whilst adopting a 'child-led' approach (within reason, obviously).

Ad hoc - any weekday evening after 5pm with enough advanced notice to sort my own childcare out! Weekends - Saturday or Sunday all day, again depending on what I already have planned.

Happy to discuss fees of course with a slight discount if I bring my son.
