My name is Leila, interesting fact about me I’m from a large family, I am one of eleven to be exact and have always been around children.
I am very caring person, who enjoys to be adventurous and learn new things I would say I am extremely friendly and easily to communicate with.
I am offering nannying services across Herefordshire and will soon be registered as childminder.
I am caring individual, I enjoy being creative and being outdoors.
I have many different experiences working in the childcare setting and have worked with a variety of children all ages.
My Experience
For the past six years, I have worked in the role of childcare I have obtained qualifications working with children.
Overview of my background is working with a variety of children with emotional and behaviour needs in a residential setting and community based. Over the years I’ve had lots of experience working with all types children from different backgrounds, providing a nurturing approach.
I have various different experience working with children have previously worked as a service manager, supporting young people from the ages of 16 plus in social care. My approach with children is calm with my experience I am able to adapt to any role. I have worked in a homes setting, supporting children with cooking, cleaning and seeking education, completing homework and so on. I am able to support children with general life skills and I can adapt into a family environment extremely well.
I have experience in private nannying, helping support family’s whilst the parents are away from the home these duty’s are to provide appropriate childcare, complete home tasks, cooking, cleaning and so on. I am looking to offer nannying service to wonderful families in Herefordshire and surroundings. I have experience working with variety of ages and can provide references I have a current DBS in place.

My Qualifications
Qualified level 3 children and young people.
Qualified level 3 health and social care extended diploma
Level 5 management children and young people (currently completely)
Enhanced DBS Certified.
First aid trained.
Level 2 Food hygiene.
Up to date Safeguarding training.
Business Insurance on Own Transport.
I have further training qualification certificates and can provide these at your request.
My Availability
I am currently providing my services around Herefordshire, I would be willing to travel just outside within reasonable distance. I currently work full time as a Deptuy manager in a children’s home and provide my nannying services during my days off my shift pattern is two on and four off, so I do have lots of flexibility if there are specific days / requirements to meet your childcare, please reach out and we can discuss this further. I have recently used Leila a few occasions to look after my children whilst I’m away at work what I would say is Leila is very knowledgeable, has had lots of experience in the childcare field she has helped me very last minute. My children are very fond of Leila, she provides excellence care for my children and will continue to use her in the future.
