About Me
I am 49 years old (feeling half that age) and a mother to two grown up children. I am very active and love the outdoors and care about the environment children grow up in. I am looking for work as a nanny/mothers help during daytime hours Monday-Thursday with most Fridays possible too.
I am a calm, patient person and I believe it is important to model good manners and kindness. I enjoy having fun with children, watching them learn, gaining skills and having conversations of great imagination!
I believe there is a time to encourage and a time to correct and that consistency is paramount.
I aim to model healthy living from mindset, physical activity and good food.
I have been fortunate to have worked with some fantastic families over the past year since my time working in a nursery/preschool environment. I am looking for 3-31/2 days a week…over Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Love to take children out on day trips or stay local/at home enjoying toys, games, baking or creating.

My Experience
I have recently worked for 3 months at a Montessori Nursery.
I home educated my own children through their primary years which enabled me to closely observe their gifts, strengths and weaknesses and to encourage them in areas where they showed interest or talent.
I also organised an athletics group for home educated children.
