About Me
We are a friendly and welcoming family looking for a permanent part time nanny to care for our two little boys aged 1 and 3.
The role is sole charge, working 7:30am to 6:30pm, with some flexibility on days but to cover at least Fridays and preferably Thursdays. We have an experienced candidate lined up for Mondays to Wednesdays but she is willing to be flexible around those days to accommodate the right person for the balance of the week. We can also offer Saturday morning work if more hours are required.
A driver is essential as we live in a country house with smallholding in Somerset, 5 minutes from Bruton and Castle Cary and a short distance from the amenities of Frome, Wells and Sherborne.
We are searching for an organised, fun and loving nanny, with direct and open communication skills. Our children are happy, healthy, fun and in excellent sleep routines. Our 3 year old attends nursery 4 mornings per week (08:30 - 13:30) and our 1 year old attends a variety of activities and playgroups.
We also have a very friendly Labrador dog and two cats.
The role will include typical nursery duties, preparing healthy meals for the children, child laundry, taking our oldest to and from nursery, and organising age appropriate activities.
