About Me
My name is Cat, I’m currently studying for my undergraduate degree in neuroscience at UCLAN. I am able to work any weekday evenings and nights as well as all day weekends. I love playing and working with children and I’m also happy to help with any domestic tasks that need doing.
My Experience
I have 3 years of experience working with children and young people with special needs (learning difficulties, developmental disabilities, and a range of physical disabilities) aged 7-19 as a community facilitator at Circles Network. I have experience providing personal care (feeding, toileting).
I also have experience working as a camp councillor with Coalition for the Homeless which involved looking after children with a variety of emotional and behavioural issues.
My Qualifications
I have level 2 Flick online training certificates in - child safeguarding, autism awareness, first aid, manual handling: safe lifting of adults and children
I also have a lot of on the job training in these fields
