About Me
****FEBRUARY/MARCH 2025 START*****
I am a single mother to Delilah who is 3 years old. I am currently a full-time student at university and I am looking for a nanny who can care for my daughter on Mondays, Thursdays and Friday from 3pm (preschool pick up) until 5:00/5:30pm. I am typically at university from 9:30 until 4:00pm. The individual’s job role would include collecting my daughter from preschool and feeding her dinner, this would all be provided in the fridge or freezer at our home :)
I do shifts at the hospital on my placement which would require childcare from 6:45am to 8:30pm.
On my placement weeks I typically have 3-4 placement days PER week these are typically 12 hour shifts. So would need cover for 13/14hours ideally.
More days may be needed such as a Friday afternoon so that I can attend the library to complete assignments :)
Delilah is a very outgoing bubbly young lady, however she struggles with her emotions and speech, Delilah has improved with her eating but this is inconsistent so heavily relies on certain snacks to get her daily nutritional intake. delilah is also under the SEND team (no diagnosis currently), so it is preferable that the individual has relevant autistic syndrome disorder knowledge and understanding. The send team and her early years send worker is always on standby so you are welcome to email them with any queries or concerns. You are further welcome to join any meetings if you feel this would beneficial to deliver the best care to Delilah.

we currently have an amazing nanny, however she is sadly leaving us to change career path so the start date is unconfirmed as of yet, as it will be after she has left completely.
I have my placement dates up until mid March so can do the rota for the first few weeks right away.
I do have a dog and some cats, these will be in the house during most shifts unless my dog (Pepe) has a dog sitter. He is a miniature golden retriever and is great with my daughter.
Delilah is extended rearfacing and this is to be continued. An Axkid One 2 + is provided for the nanny’s car which is isofix and easily adaptable. This however may need to be borrowed if family members are taking Delilah out during the week, but it is easy to fit in and out and I can guide where possible.
My Requirements
• A nanny who can care for my daughter on Mondays , Thursdays and Fridays from 3pm (preschool pick up) until 5:00/5:30pm. (I am typically at university from 9:30 until 4:30pm.)

• ASD knowledge and understanding is also essential (although no formal diagnosis currently, delilah demonstrates various traits and is under the SEND team)
