My Experience

Hi, I’m Helen - a warm, caring and reliable mum with many years of experience looking after children aged 3–6 in their home environment and out and about in the local area. I’ve provided casual childminding for two families in my local area, supporting with things like school or nursery pickups, meal times, creative play, outings and winding down for bed.

I’m also a parent to a teenage son with Autism, ADHD and additional complex needs, which has given me a deep understanding of children’s unique personalities and the importance of patience and calm, responsive care.

I offer a gentle, nurturing approach where children feel safe, happy and heard.
I have a full driving licence with access to my own vehicle. I have positive references available from parents I’ve previously worked with.

NFCE level 2 in Awareness of Mental Health Problems

My Availability

I’m mostly flexible, but I do ask for notice in advance as my weekly schedule rotates on a fortnightly basis.
I'm unavailable every Tuesday, and fortnightly on Saturdays.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.00 per hour

£11 per hour – Daytime childminding (school hours, holiday care, etc.)

£13 per hour – Late evening care (after 10pm or short-notice requests)

£15 per hour – Bank holiday care
