Hi all
I am an inclusive, nurturing and caring individual with 7 years experience working with infants and children. I have worked in a variety of settings - including nursery’s, primary schools and adult complex living units.
I love being out and about and exploring educational settings, learning through play, nature and exploration! I value child led learning and value creating a environment that encourages children’s imagination, creativity and self awareness!
I have an ample amount of resources and tools that meet the national curriculum, growth mindset, sensory input tools such as ear defenders, communication dice, fidget toys and calming devices! I have experience using PECS, visual aids and I am more than happy to expand my training and knowledge with MAKATON and Sign Language if required!
I enjoy promoting a growth mindset, exploring emotional regulation, managing emotions and developing self regulation skills and strategies.
I have extensive knowledge in SEND, SEMH and Neurodiversity and I am continuously researching, learning and developing my professional skills.
I am currently at Leeds Beckett studying Primary Teaching, I have a number of qualifications in areas such as behaviour management, safeguarding, early years learning and development and child protection.
I am extremely flexible, patient, supportive and constantly willing to help!

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
Rates:
• Babysitting: £10 per hour for up to two children | £13 per hour for more than two children
• Nannying: £11 per hour for up to two children | £15 per hour for more than two children
• Late Fee: An additional charge may apply for bookings extending significantly beyond the agreed time.

Tanisha predominantly tutored our little boy with SEMH needs she was extremely supportive, caring and patient. She used lots of resources and strategies that helped him to improve and gain confidence in his education. She has occasionally babysat our youngest and oldest overnight at her house and our home. I would recommend her to any family! Thank you Tanisha
