I am a Cambridge University student home for the rest of the summer. I enjoy looking after children and making a difference. I am hardworking and reliable; I am naturally high-energy but can adapt to the needs of individual children and their wider family.
My Experience
Last summer, I worked as a nursery assistant in a local nursery looking after children from 6 months to 4-years-old. This summer, I have been teaching English to 4- to 11-year-old Chinese children in Yangshuo, China working towards my TEFL qualification. I have previous experience in one-to-one literacy support for 4- and 5-year-olds and as a tutor for GCSE students.
My Qualifications
Currently studying Linguistics BA at the University of Cambridge. Currently working towards TESOL (TEFL) qualification. Three A*s at A-Level. Ten Grade 9 GCSEs.
My Availability
I am available daytime and evenings, both weekdays and weekends until the start of October when I return to university for the following 8 weeks.
