About Me
I'm a working mum and marketing professional based in Hackney. I’m looking for reliable after-school help for my 6-year-old son, who is currently in Year 1. I occasionally need support with school pick-up and, more importantly, am seeking a calm, experienced tutor to help reinforce his learning in a one-to-one setting.

My Requirements
I’m looking for a tutor for my 6-year-old son who can provide one-to-one academic support in phonics, early reading, and numeracy at a Key Stage 1 level. He thrives in calm, focused environments, so I’m looking for someone with a gentle, nurturing approach who enjoys working with younger children. Ideally, I’d like sessions to take place once or twice a week after school, outside our home — either at your own tutoring space or another quiet venue nearby. Occasional school pick-ups in Hackney would also be helpful, though this is optional. While formal SEN experience isn’t essential, an understanding and patient attitude toward emotional sensitivity would be a real bonus.
