My Summary
About Me
Hi there, my name is Tina, thank you for viewing my profile. I am a professional Nanny with 25 years experience caring for children from newborn to teenagers. I am also mum to
girls aged 18 and 13 years.
I am a very responsible person, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic with a kind and caring nature.
Taking caring of children has always been my passion. I love children and I enjoy being apart of watching and helping them learn and grow. I love helping children discover their own unique personalities. I feel very fortunate to have worked for some really lovely children and their families.
I believe my responsibility as a nanny is to provide a safe, caring and loving environment, full of fun, with lots of kindness and
positive experiences.

My Experience
September 2016 to April 2023.
For the past 7 years I have worked in a private Nursery school. Mainly because my children were still young and I wanted to work school hours/days to fit around them and their needs. I was a support worker for the nursery but my main duties were serving and preparing the children's lunches and teas.
November 2012 to July 2016
Part time Nanny before and after school for a lovely little girl called Hannah aged 7 to 11 years. Varies duties including taking and collecting Hannah from school, taking her to dancing lessons each week, cooking and preparing her evening meal. I also looked after Hannah part time during the school holidays when necessary.
January 2014 to July 2015
I worked as a voluntary parent helper at Old Bexley COE primary school, listening to and helping year 1 children with their reading. I was also there to support the teacher in any way she felt necessary. I helped to display the children's work, organising the classroom and books for lessons and playground supervision etc.
September 2004 to June 2010.
Part time sole charge care of a gorgeous little boy called Samuel aged 7 months. I worked for this lovely family for nearly 6 years, 3 days a week from 8am to 6pm. Varies duties including supporting mum with help and advice on feeding, weaning, milestones, sleeping, routine etc.
Recording and assessing Sam's development.
Taking Sam to varies activities each week including organised play groups, ball parks, outdoor play areas, music classes etc.
Taking Sam to baby clinic weekly.
Varies creative and educational activities.
Helping Sam to learn to read and write.
Mum and dad would sometimes go away. Sam would come and stay with me for the weekend.
September 2001 to August 2004.
Full time sole care charge of sweet little
Josie and her baby brother Charlie. I worked for this family for 3 years and became very close to them. Josie was 2 years old when I started and her brother was born whilst I worked for the family.
Mum went back to work when Charlie was
3 months old so, I cared for him from birth up until he was about two and a half years old. Varies duties and responsibilities including all of the above.
I also babysat for Josie and Charlie on a regular basis.
September 1999 to August 2001.
My first nannying position. Full time, sole care charge of the adorable Adam, aged 19 months and his older brother Connor, aged 8 years. I worked for this lovely family for 2 years and enjoyed every moment. Varies duties and responsibilities much the same as my other nannying positions. Mum and dad would sometimes have weekends away, so I would stay at their home to look after the boys.
Before i became a Nanny, I worked for 10 years in an office environment. I always wanted to work with children so I gave up my job and went to college to get a Diploma in childhood studies. I have never regretted changing my career direction. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made!
