About Me
My partner and I are expecting our first child in October 2024. We are due to move to Upper Hale in Farnham in the next few months too - lots of change!
I work in a Junior school near Basingstoke and my partner is an process safety engineer in Woking so our commutes are fairly long and we both work full time. We don't really have family nearby to help out so we're trying to get organised as soon as possible.
We have considered nurseries but for such a young child we would prefer a childminder who could build a strong caring relationship with our daughter in a small home-like setting.
My Requirements
I plan to go back to work full time from September 2024. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, caring childminder to look after our daughter 5 days a week so it is important we find the right person. We require quite long hours unfortunately. 7am - 6:30pm would be ideal but we might be able to manage 7:30am - 6pm or 8am to 5:30pm on certain days.
As I work in a school, we would only need term time but I understand this might be tricky to manage so would consider a full year to find the right person.
