About Me
I am Tracy. I live in Malvern with my partner and my lovely dog Holly! I enjoy walking and have been spending my free time exploring parts of the South West Coast Path which has presented its own challenges! I am very passionate about helping children to develop as individuals ( academically and personally). I have taken the decision to leave the classroom so that I can provide teaching that is more suited to individual needs and demands with a focus on building learning confidence and success in a subject that children can be proud of!
My Experience
I am a Fully Qualified Teacher with over 25 years of varied experience, teaching all age groups from pre-school to sixth form in the UK and Singapore. I have spent the last 5 years as a Year One Primary School Teacher at Colwall C of E Primary School where I was Phonics Lead, Art Lead and DT Lead. I have been part of a team that helped to lead the school through a successful OFSTED Inspection in February 2023.
I am a highly adaptable, experienced and flexible individual who has the skill and commitment to enable every student to achieve their potential in a nurturing environment that encourages the development of self-esteem and independence.
I currently have availability for online and in person tuition for ages 4+. I specialise in Early Years and KS1 Phonics and Maths. I also offer A level and GCSE support for Business Studies.
I have an Enhanced DBS and up to date Safeguarding Training.
