About Me
We are a family of three, me, my wife Aphra and our Daughter Eska who is 6. I run a local community-interest-company and Aphra is a trauma resolution therapist who mainly works from home. We live in Littlehempston, in a house we have spent the last 6 years building.
Eska is autistic, although most people wouldn't notice and she's not much different from most 6 year olds. She's passionate about animals, crafting, trampolining, is very kind and funny.
We are looking for someone who connects with her, hopefully on a long-term basis.
We hold ourselves to a high standard of employment, fair pay, prompt payment and realistic expectations.
My Requirements
We're after someone who can be with Eska for around 16-20 hrs per week, also as much as possible during the school holidays. We're very flexible on which days and times though.
Ideally we're looking for someone who understands how autism and pda can present and need responding to, or someone that is willing to learn.
