My Experience

I have a range of experience working with children and young people in a variety of settings.

Within my roles as a nanny and babysitter, I have provided afterschool, evening, and weekend childcare to families with children ages 2 to 16yrs – organising and delivering creative educational and recreational activities, supporting early years education, household chores, preparing meals and feeding, working alongside parents to ensure growth and social development.

In addition to these roles, my wider experiences with children and young people include:
- Social, emotional, and mental health mentor for young people
- Welfare leader at an International Summer School, to include residential duties
- Academic coach and tutor for primary and secondary school students
- Volunteer on respite breaks for young people
- Learning support assistant for children with special educational needs
