Hello,
My name is Ersida, mum of two boys - 22 and 20.
I have been working at Orion Primary School since 2007. I have progressed from a Teaching Assistant role (KS1 and KS2) to a personal tutor, specialised in managing children with anger issues. I have been entrusted to manage children who have been excluded from other schools, and have been successful in building rapport with said children. For the last 6 years, I have been assigned to the Year 6 class, preparing the students for their SATS exams whilst mentoring special needs children. I enjoy witnessing their growth and development. I am proud to be part of a school which is recognised by OFSTED for its ‘outstanding’ standards in education, children’s services and skills.

We recently started working with Ersida to help my 6 year old son who has poor attention for certain learning tasks to ensure there are no gaps in his learning. She has been brilliant in engaging him and ensuring he is getting the most out of his sessions and each week he is completing increasing amounts of work which is fantastic. As a tutor Ersida is incredibly patient, firm but warm and experienced in the curriculum. She spends time at the end of each session discussing what’s been covered and brings all her own resources and a few treats :) We are very happy we chose Ersida for our son.

Ersida has been tutoring my 8 year old daughter on an one-to-one basis for a couple of months and I am so thankful we secured her.
She is patient, adaptable and highly skilled in her approach to tuition.
My daughter looks forward to her lessons and has declared maths as her favouitie subject.
In my daughters recent assessments she made outstanding progress in all areas and is now teaching others in her class.
If you are lucky enough to secure Ersida as a tutor you will also testify that she is one of the best.

My son is very happy to work with Ersida she is amazing patient and very supportive for my son in year 2 . After seeing Ersida he was the star of the week for writing he give a lot of motivation to Antonio . Am so happy I meet you ❤️
