About Me

Hi, I am Sharon and I left primary teaching after 30 years to run a tutoring business called Primary Planet Tutoring. I live in Marldon with my husband and two grown up daughters.

My Experience

I qualified in 1994 from Rolle College, Exmouth with a BEd (hons) and have taught in various primary schools and nurseries since then. I left Sherwell Valley Primary in Torquay after 21 years and am now tutoring primary aged children from my home where we have created a welcoming, homely learning environment.

My Qualifications

BEd (hons) in primary teaching and learning.
Safeguarding Level 3
I have also completed various training courses in Dyslexia, Attachment Awareness, Attachment Based Mentoring and worked with Looked After Children.

My Fees

Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

I offer 1:1 face-to-face sessions during the day for £35 for 1hour and group sessions of up to 4 children for £25 per child per hour.
