About Me
I am a passionate person who has a real love for nurturing and educating children. Teaching children for the last eight years has been an absolute joy for me, and I feel privileged to be in the position to be able to make a real difference in their lives. I primarily teach maths to children which I really enjoy. I love helping children to grow and achieve their goals by helping them to overcome their difficulties, to understand things clearly and to make learning a fun and engaging experience. The one thing that really satisfies me in life is seeing children doing well in their school work and being happy and confident individuals.
My Experience
• Tutored maths, science, history, geography, English and Hindi to local and international children aged from 5 to 15 in groups and one-to-one, helping them to pass their exams with good grades.
• Help with students’ maths homework - helped children to understand what they need to do, how to do it and kept them on track to complete their maths homework.
• Helped children to overcome reading difficulties, behavioural difficulties in class and to become more serious about their studies.
• Took an eleven-year-old boy who was struggling with maths and reading from being completely unenthusiastic, unengaged, unconfident and negative in his school life, by nurturing his confidence over a period of time during tutoring sessions, to becoming a happy, engaged and enthusiastic person at school who started succeeding with his maths and reading. His teacher remarked about the big change that he saw in him.
