About Me
I love taking care of kids and pre-teens. I am working towards teaching history and am therefore comfortable around kids. I hold positions of responsibility within my university community. Due to living in a small flat, I will be taking care of children/teens outside of my own space: opting for the parent's home or a community area such as a park or attraction.
My Experience
I volunteered at a local Primary Schools after school activities for 2 years where I aided in taking care of the children (feeding, toilet help for young children, playing, homework help, entertainment, behaviour management, etc.), in addition to general housekeeping tasks (taking out the rubbish, setting up toys/furniture, filling in incident reports, admin work, basic cleaning, etc.). I've also worked on summer Schools with children and teenagers.
My Qualifications
I am (recently) fully DBS checked, nor do I have any convictions. I also hold a child safety certificate.
My Availability
I have university from 9-13 on Tuesdays and Fridays, and may also struggle with Saturdays. Other than that, I am available most days, especially for the afternoon.
