My Summary
About Me
I am a registered childminder in the village of Stroud, which is about 1 mile from Petersfield. On the main A272. With parking. I provide quality childcare in my own home with a wide range of activities for the under 5s with an emphasis on the Natural World. I have a beautiful log cabin. I do not have any pets and my home is a smoke free environment. Daily country walks and trips to our local park. Home cooked lunch and tea provided which is mainly vegetarian using fresh fruit and vegetables. I believe that family meals are a big part of the service I provide, during this time amazing language and conversation takes place which is a great part of children's learning.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder since 1988. I am very lucky to have been brought up in a large family giving me a wide experience of family life. I have enormous respect for parents as they know their child best.
My Qualifications
Qualified level 3.
EYE funding provider for 2,3 & 4 year olds.
My Availability
8am to 6pm. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. (Wednesday closed).

We came to this couple with some challenges that had put many other childminders off! By this I mean with the nature of my ad-hoc shift work and a wilful little girl who had not been cared for by anyone other than myself for the last two years, so we knew she'd take a while to settle into her new environment.
This couple come with a wealth of experience and patience in caring for children with a perfect combination of discipline, love and security. We feel very fortunate to have found them and can't recommend them highly enough.
