About Me
I am a 21-year-old female medical student, in my third year. I am interested in specialising in Paediatrics when I qualify as I have always loved working with children. I am one of 6 in my family, so I have grown up around lots of children and have looked after my 2 younger siblings. I love playing sports, baking and reading in my free time. I have played Netball at university since first year and I am on the exec committee for the medical society.
My Experience
- Nursery worker: I have worked in a Montessori nursery as a summer job. I looked after children aged 10 months - 4 years old, from feeding to changing nappies, cleaning them and playing with them.
- I am currently completing specialty rotations this year, and will be working on paediatric and obstetric wards.
- Previous baby-sitting
- Volunteering teaching tennis to children age 3-5years
