About Me
We are a family of four based in Epping. Both parents are doctors and work away from the house with occasional long days and shift work. We have two gorgeous children, a girl who is nearly 4 years old and a boy who is nearly 2. We speak English and Swedish at home and also have a cat.
My Requirements
Our lovely nanny is going on maternity leave and we are looking for someone to cover her maternity.
We're looking for an experienced, caring and trustworthy nanny to start in the middle of April 2025. This would be for 3 days of childcare a week on a semi-flexible basis. Most likely it would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we'd want flexibility to cover 7am-7pm, but in reality we will often leave home later and be home earlier.
We would like to find someone who has childcare qualifications and excellent recommendations from previous employment. Responsibilities would include keeping our children safe, day-to-day care including taking the kids out for some form of daily activity (a walk, playground, baby/toddler group, play dates, library etc) and preparing healthy meals and snacks for them. Helping with basic household duties such as laundry or keeping the house reasonably tidy would also be expected. We would love to find someone who will bring their own energy and initiatives to make our children's days active, fun and educational. We would prefer a nanny who has a car, is a non-smoker and is OFSTED-registered (or willing to be).
