Hello , my name is Jade I have been in child care for about 4 half years and work in a private nursery.I enjoy supporting families and encouraging their littles ones to grown and learn.
I would describe myself as fun , creative ,caring person and passionate. I strive to be adventurous with children by organising exciting activities, play dates, trips to the park and making thing out of different objects, clay making , swimming etc.
I have always been active ever since I was a child. I used to do a high level of training in swimming and made it to British Championships which was an amazing experience. I would say I’m very dedicated to anything I do.
My Experience
I always knew I wanted to be part of children’s lives, to be a friend and advocate. I work in childcare as a Nursery practitioner which encompasses a whole range of duties and responsibilities. Primarily I make sure that the children in my care have a safe and nurturing environment in which to play and learn. I do a lot of paperwork and planning for the children in my care and i need have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and other legislation regarding children/childcare. I have experience with age 3 months to age 13.
I believe it’s important to develop their growth through play indoors and outdoors. I have done a lot of nanny and I love that I can help support other parents by caring for their children while they work or study, and at the same time I’m able to nurture children and offer so many great learning experiences to them.
