About Me
My name is SMART. I am a motivated and conscientious Individual with over 17 years of working experience in various sectors, the primary industry being Mental Health Nursing and Social Housing. I have relished opportunities to lead and work as part of a team, using my skills and adapting to different working routines for each situation.
Having had exposure to a range of demanding environments, I have been able to implement a range of strategies and methods to enable tasks to proceed smoothly and to meet company needs and requirements. I have very good communication skills and can quickly identify problems and develop workable solutions for them.
I am now a part-time Nanny/ Manny and work for several different families at any given time with Children as young as 3 years old, Offering a high standard, child-led and heartfelt level of childcare. Helping families find balance and nurturing these little minds that are the next generation. My approach is also trauma-informed and person-centred.
As for childcare my company PROSEMART GROUP LIMITED only offers a Temp, AdHoc service - Nannying, Babysitting, Football Coaching, 1 to 1 and 1 to 2 Coaching with the children, Travel Care, Maternity Care etc. Plus parental support. I offer this service all over the UK.
My Experience
I have a strong background of experience working with children and young people in a variety of different roles, Male Nanny, Learning Mentor, Mental Health Student Nurse Football Coach for almost 4 years now, Youth Worker, Play Worker, Support Worker and Childcare Practitioner, Housing Support Officer All these roles are spread over the last 17 years of my career working with children and young adults.

My Availability
My current availability is
Every evening after 3 pm and full availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
I can cover during the day on Thursdays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays I can cover after-school evenings and nights preferably looking to fill the gaps I have above as much as possible!
I also offer travel nannying, wedding childcare, party childcare & christening childcare.
My availability during the Summer/Easter/Christmas holidays and half terms:
Monday - Friday from 7 am - 8 pm.
Full availability on Saturdays & Sundays.

Childminder from £15.00 per hour
Evening babysitting fees for myself are from £15 an hour. This can be discussed/negotiable when speaking to or messaging myself. I am also OFSTED registered so happy to chat about childcare vouchers.
My nannying fees are different to my evening babysitting fees.

Smart looked after My 2 children during the last summer. He's everything I hoped I'd find in a child minder. He's very reliable and attentive to details, we are sure that our kids are safe with him.

Smart is amazing and very good with the work he is doing with my son, they have formed a natural bond and my son has a great connection with him that has help him developed his football skills quickly. Smart has good communication skills, and he is easily understood. He is reliable and trustworthy, I have no worries, and I am at peace whenever my son is with him. The same has been said by other parents who use his services.
