About Me
My name is Kerri and I graduated in 2019 with a 1st Class in BEd Primary (English specialism). I have lived and worked in Cornwall all my life and love to explore and find cafes, beaches and venues to enjoy a cake and tea with friends. I am an artist in my spare time and have my own children aged 0-13 who keep me busy too! I play guitar and the keyboard and enjoy making memories with my family ??
My Experience
I have 8 years of experience in a range of schools, from mixed age to one form entry, as a primary teacher for children aged 5-11 (year 1-year 6). As an experienced teacher, I am passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. With a background in primary education, I tailor my approach to meet each student's unique learning style and goals. My aim is not only to improve test results but also to build confidence and a genuine love for learning. I believe in fostering a supportive and engaging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts. I have experience with SEND needs in addition to children who just need a little push to achieve their full potential.
I work from home in our ‘home studio’ which is a classroom within our annexe. It is equipped and styled as a relaxed classroom setting with all the resources your child will need to engage in learning.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £30.00 per hour
1:1 = £30 for 45 minutes. Bookings are for 6 week blocks.
Group (min 2 / max 6 children) = £15 per child for 45 mins.
I do a £20 initial trial before committing to the 6 week block.
