About Me
I am a 24 year old young woman living in London and have done so for the past 4 years. I've enjoyed living in different areas as I enjoy change and new experiences. I am currently at the end of my nursing degree at Kings College London and I anticipate starting my career at University college london hospital in theatres as it is an amazing establishment. Although I am now finished with university, I will be taking a pause before I start with my career. I enjoy this profession primarily because I find it extremely fulfilling helping others and learning about individuals from all backgrounds. I also work part time in hospitality. I love trying new things and currently I have adopted Yoga, and painting. I also enjoy cooking, travelling and staying fit by going to the gym in my free time as I lead by example, thus by staying healthy, I hope to encourage those around me. Also, by keeping a clean environment I am looking after my mental health. So it’s safe to say I am clean and tidy… I own a beautiful little kitty cat. He’s an indoor cat and very well trained. His names Spoonie and he's the most loving but shy cat. Everybody adores him!
I am sociable but I also value personal time and respect each others personal space. I am considered as a lively, friendly and somewhat funny (or so I believe) character by those close to me and I love meeting new people.
My Experience
I have throughout my teenage years babysat children, including neighbours children and my own young siblings. I would babysit 5 days a week after school/evening times. I also would tutor my neighbours kids in english, science and math. I do believe I have a vast experience with children as there are also many children in my immediate family so there’s always been plenty opportunity to babysit and make some money on the side. My responsibilities included picking the children from school, making/feeding them food, participating in after school activities/homework, unwinding the children during the evening, cleaning up after the children as well as ensuring the children are in bed at the appropriate times. I have always gotten along with children and this primarily stems from the fact that I am a naturing person naturally. This is also highlighted by the fact that I am a soon to be qualified nurse.
My Qualifications
11 A* - C in GCSE’s including maths, english, english literature, physics, biology and chemistry.
3 Alevels in Biology, Chemistry and history
Bsc in Adult Nursing at Kings College London - pending
also have training in first aid.
