About Me
My partner and I are looking for support with our two daughters who are 3.5 and 6.
We adopted them at the end of 2023, and while we have a very strong support network, we are looking to integrate reliable, professional childcare / childminder for them locally.
The girls are amazing but than are very intense and demanding, and nervous of new people due to their history.
On a bad day, they are very avoidant/ fight a lot/ verbally abusive. But they are very clever creative, sociable, love animals, dancing, baby yoga, softplay, being outside, jigsaws, all sorts of things.
Their behaviour makes it very difficult to get anything done around the house so we have piles of washing, and they really struggle with us working so creative maximum disruption when we are in meetings!
My Requirements
We are looking at getting support with the following;
Getting them ready in the morning/ school drop 2/3 times a week.
They get up at 6.30, and have to be at school/ nursery for 8.40 (older one) and the younger one can be dropped from 8.30.
We’re also looking at getting someone 2/3 nights a week to help with post school chaos / bath/ bedtime with the view to look at the occasional overnight in the future.
The right person needs to be firm/ have experienced in disruptive behaviour.
We are flexible with the days, it’s more about finding the right person.
