About Me
I am a 38 year old woman with a peaceful, easy, and happy disposition. I am compassionate and caring and love to share and connect across all facets of life. I practice as a Nondual Psychotherapist and mentor privately in my own business. I also enjoy supporting families and children in a befriending, mentoring role. I have a deep connection with the natural world and love to be outside as well as inside, drawing, crafting, writing, and creating with nature as my inspiration.
My Experience
I qualified in 2011 with an MSc in Applied Psychology for Children and Young People and practiced as a Psychologist with NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health for 10 years. I have experience in supporting families and children/young people in the context of neurodiversity and severe and enduring mental health difficulties as well as early intervention. I have strong experience with children and young people with ASD, with a certificate in Advanced Autism Practice and managed a play service for Autistic Children prior to my psychology career. I have also, since leaving the NHS and setting up my private practice as a Psychologist & Nondual Psychotherapist, worked again as a carer in domicillary care with older adults. I also have a certificate in Permaculture Design and facilitate a creative coaching design course called Think Like a Tree, and another self developed therapeutic creating and self exploration programme called Light Touch Integration with my company The Green Light to Live.

My Availability
I am generally flexible although currently not available for weekends. This may change after Christmas. I also travel around the UK during Spring and summer months and so more suited to shorter term support offerings.
