About Me
Hi my name is Georgina, Nina for short and I am a childminder based in Bamber Bridge.
I am a mum of a 3 year old and
1 year old and until I had my children I was a primary school teacher.
I have decided to open my home and create a space where children can foster an early love for learning though play and experiences.
My home is located on a quiet road and is surrounded by play areas and a lovely walk through trees to the river. I'm based extremely close to curden valley so lots of exploring opportunities!
The children will have free roam of my house as I hope to create a home from home environment. I have made my house as safe as possible to allow children to have the ability to go anywhere.
In this space I will be providing the EYFS curriculum in a fun and play based environment, as I feel children learn better through play.
I provide all snacks and meals for the children and these are healthy, homemade and involve the children as much as possible.
I love creating fun and engaging activities for the children to enjoy and start their learning journey with. I'm approachable and completly flexible with needs of each family I work with.
My Experience
I have a level 2 diploma in childcare and development. I also am a qualified primary school teacher. I complete regular training to help stay informed with all aspects of learning and development. I have 2 children of my own and regularly babysit children locally. During the Covid pandemic I also nannied for key worker children and helped with school work at home.
My Qualifications
I have QTS status in primary education.
I have a level 2 diploma in childcare and learning.
My Availability
I'm avaliable 48 weeks of the year and a open 8-6.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I charge £50 a day but this is inclusive of all food, snacks outings and travel expenses.
