About Me
My name is Mayen, but I'm mostly known as Maya. I'm of mixed race - Nigerian father and Bulgarian mother and live with my son.
Have spent over 20years travelling every 3-7 years, to different countries - I understand and respect different races and beliefs.
Anyone that has seen me with children can see how I engage and connect with them at church, in my setting etc.
We have a Happy home and are happy to share our home as a home away from home.
Coupled with the play areas in close proximity and many more outside Aldershot, we do have some green space to use our outdoor equipment. Visits to playgrounds and parks, the library, woodlands and trips out of town on parents consent.
I believe there is so much a child can see and learn from our wonderful world.
My Experience
I am part of a team that works with Children at our Kids church, Guildford and in previous jobs, have always had children in my care even on my off work days in previous industry.
I’ve lived in Dubai, Bulgaria, Nigeria and now in the UK, and can relate and respect different cultures and traditions.
My Qualifications
Officially a Registered Childminder via agency which is Ofsted registered, First Aid training completed.
My Availability
Currently have 1 space available for 3-4 year old on Tuesdays and Fridays full time.
Wrap around available.
Open during Half term and School holidays.
