About Me
Hi my name is Ellie, I’m an ofsted childminder registered Yateley.
I enjoy spending time with children and offer a happy, safe environment for all children so they can play and learn.
I have a wide variety of resources at home with a separate play room, enjoy arts and crafts and playing in the garden.
I am a kind and caring person and enjoy trips out with the children to locals parks, for walks and picnics when the weather is good. I also attend toddler groups regularly and meet up with other childminders. I pride myself in being flexible and providing individual care to each child to ensure they are all happy, grow & develop at their own pace and more importantly have fun.
I can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day and always provide 1 hot meal a day.
I have 3 children,a dog who is a very placid & friendly beagle and is a part of our family. We also have 2 Cats, Bella & Roxy.
My Experience
I have 15 years experience with children with a good understanding of the EYFS.
I have a passion to support children in their development and watching them grow as individuals.
I have worked in a children's home and in hospitality over the years.
I have blended all my experience within my home to create an enriching and homely environment.
As a mum of 3, I have first hand experience in looking after children but have also been on the parent side of child care. I fully understand the importance of finding the right person to look after your little ones and your family. I treat all the children that are in my care as if they were my own, giving cuddles if needed but also providing a secure and loving environment. I ensure I build a great relationship with you as parents as well as the children and have an open 2 way communication to ensure everyone is happy.
My Qualifications
Safe Guarding level 3, food safety, Paediatric first aid, ASC, Learning and Development of the EYFS, Pedagogy. Full portfolio available.
My Availability
I currently have a space term time only or all year round. I am very flexible and will always try to accommodate your childcare requests.
I offer full time and term time child care from 7:30am - 6pm.
I have availability in January. Also availability in September 2025 for 1 full time and 1 term time only.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Fees include any local trips. Meals are charged separately and I accept early years funding.

Ellie is the most amazing childminder. My son loves being in Ellies care, with a wide range of toys to play with and regular trips to the library and toddler groups, he never gets bored. Nothing is ever too much for Ellie and she always goes above and beyond to make sure my son has the best day. We are so lucky to have her.

Ellie is truly wonderful. She cares for my little one as if she were her own, and my toddler absolutely adores her. They spend their days engaging in activities, meeting other children, and exploring new places together. The calm and happiness I see in my child when she's with Ellie brings me such peace of mind. As a parent, it's natural to worry about who will care for your child, but honestly, since she's been with Ellie, I haven't worried at all.
